1994 Arctic Cat Prowler Problems

BAKED crepes with spinach





In Ilka and Ulli there was this delicious pancakes already almost a year ago. Now the recipe came again by mail and I immediately tried habs. Toll prepare, easy and really tasty!

And did except the jaws of the pancakes I made everything in the Thermomix. So almost no work with dirty dishes. Yes I know, eh makes the dish, but the grants are not alone and out!

Title: BAKED WITH SPINACH FILLING crespells

1 ; kg fresh spinach (or 500 g frozen leaf spinach)
1 onion 1

garlic 30 grams butter or margarine
Salt and freshly ground pepper
200 grams double cream (Ralph: ricotta)

250 2 cups milk

eggs 150 grams flour

salt 1 pinch of sugar 20 grams
Butter or margarine Grease

20 grams flour
30 Grams of butter or margarine 400 ml milk

2 yolk
60 grams parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Salt and freshly ground pepper Grated nutmeg

For the filling: Wash spinach thoroughly in

plenty of water. Remove onion and garlic
, finely chop and cook in a large pot in the hot
fat until translucent. Add the spinach dripping wet and leave in a closed
