Actually I wanted to make Grießschmarrn. But then I remembered a recipe for semolina pudding with raspberries in the hands and should be there. A really good decision, it was fluffy, juicy, wonderful! I'm hard wheat semolina and replacing the raspberries through a glass of sour cherries.

Wonderful Salzstangerl early riser

Well my friends, as you see it goes fast. Christmas is for me this year in seamlessly on Easter ;-).
today I wanted to really just a "normal" Christmas cake to make, without much pipapo, but then I remembered that a friend always bakes pastries from a particular cookbook and then got a bit rumgestöbert it.
The "Bohemian Osterstriezel" it has laughed at me because I Poppy likes very much and I'm summarily Easter brought forward and he tried. I have to say .............. DELICIOUS! absolutely loose-fluffy dough and not to sweet filling. The are certainly back soon, perhaps even with Nußfülle or with only a few rum raisins inside.
