Streaming One Night In Paris




On the Search Results to a slightly different pumpkin soup, I am with Christe l came across this one. We made the Thermomix cooking-together and were all thrilled. Because there was half a pumpkin left over gabs again yesterday one, this time with the beads and instead of cream I've taken Cashewrahm.

2 small. Hokkaido pumpkin
40 grams butter 1

onion 2 garlic cloves
half teaspoon curry
100 ml white wine 1

ltr chicken stock 250 ml cream
salt, white pepper (mill)
Freshly grated nutmeg Vegetable oil for deep frying

70 grams leek strips
70 grams of potato strips
Some parsley strips

halve the pumpkin with a spoon and cut out the pumpkin flesh
melon scoop 150 gr. Coarsely chop the rest

Melt the butter in a pot, (in a Thermomix min./Varoma/Stufe1)

fry onions and garlic until soft. (Thermomix in 3 sec / step 5 -
3 min / Varoma / level 1)

Add the pumpkin meat (chop in the Thermomix 10sec./Stufe 5),
with curry powder and add white wine. Chicken stock and cream, pour
. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. The
pumpkin balls in the screen (in the Thermomix Varoma) in the soup and mitgaren
after 10 - 15 minutes to remove. The soup, cover with mild
heat for about 30 minutes to cook gently. (Min in the Thermomix 25th /
100Grad/Stufe1)

Meanwhile heat the oil. The strip is successively
fry vegetables, lift out with slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper
leave.

Remove the pan from the stove. The pumpkin soup in the pot with the hand blender puree
fine, then pour through a sieve
creme fraiche and whipped cream stir. (In the Thermomix stage 10/5-6
sec then the cream to just below level 2 mix) The soup
taste and serve.
